Job Summary:
We are seeking a Windows Support Executive to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows servers and client systems. The candidate will ensure smooth system operations, security, and timely technical support for users and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments
  • Monitor system performance and ensure uptime
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
  • Handle system updates, patches, and security configurations
  • Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
  • Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Familiarity with Remote Desktop, IIS, and basic virtualization
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills
