Job Title: Linux Support Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Linux Support Executive to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux servers and hosting environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring server uptime, security, and performance while providing technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers
- Monitor server performance and ensure high availability
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Linux, hosting, and networking
- Manage cPanel/WHM, FTP, DNS, and email services
- Handle backups, security updates, and patch management
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to customers
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu)
- Understanding of web hosting and server management
- Familiarity with Apache/Nginx, MySQL, and SSH
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
